These Terms are pending attorney review.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of therewrite.io (the "Site") and the products and services offered through it by The Rewrite LLC ("The Rewrite," "we," "us," or "our"), an Arizona business.
By using the Site, booking a conversation, joining our email list, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What we offer
- The free conversation. A free 30-minute introductory call with Fabienne Abi-Ad.
- The Rewrite Method. A 12-week private coaching program.
- The 21-Day Rewrite. A self-guided PDF workbook.
- The free Root Map. A reflection activity delivered by email.
Prices, what is included, and payment options are shown on the Site at the time you buy. If The Rewrite Method is also covered by a separate written coaching agreement, that agreement controls where it differs from these Terms.
You must be 18 or older to book, buy, or take part in coaching.
2. Coaching is not therapy
Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis care, and it is not legal, financial, tax, or other licensed professional advice. It creates no therapist-client or doctor-patient relationship and carries no legal privilege.
Coaching can touch on things close to mental health, such as energy, identity, confidence, and how you feel about your life. That does not make it clinical care. If a situation calls for a licensed professional, we will say so, and we may decline or end an engagement that needs care beyond coaching.
The Site is not an emergency service and is not monitored for urgent requests. If you are in crisis or may be in danger, contact emergency services right away. In the United States, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or call 911.
3. Booking the free conversation
Conversations are booked through Google Calendar appointment scheduling, which sends your confirmation, meeting details, and reminders.
- Cancelling or rescheduling. Please give at least 24 hours' notice using the link in your confirmation or by emailing fabi@therewrite.io. If you cancel with less notice or do not attend, a fee may apply.
- A free conversation does not create a coaching relationship or oblige either of us to work together.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you also agree to Stripe's terms for that transaction. Prices are in US dollars. Where an installment plan is offered, you authorize each scheduled payment until the plan is paid in full.
We never receive or store your full card number.
5. The 21-Day Rewrite: digital delivery and license
- Delivery. After a successful payment, you can download the PDF immediately from the confirmation page. We also email a receipt and a backup download link to the address you gave at checkout. Please save a copy of the file.

- Personal-use license. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the workbook for yourself. You may print it for your own use. You may not share, resell, republish, or distribute it, or use it to coach or teach others, without our written permission.
- The workbook does not include private coaching or messaging support.
6. Refunds and cancellations
We handle refund and cancellation requests for digital products and coaching case by case. Because The 21-Day Rewrite is delivered instantly, it cannot be returned, but if something has gone wrong, tell us. To make a request, email fabi@therewrite.io with your name, what you bought, and what happened.
Coaching session scheduling, missed sessions, and ending a program early are handled the same way, and may also be covered by your coaching agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable law.
7. The Root Map and our emails
When you request the free Root Map, you agree to join The Rewrite email list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your email address.
8. No guarantees
What you get out of coaching or the workbook depends on your circumstances, effort, and choices. We do not guarantee any particular personal, professional, relationship, health, or financial outcome. Stories or examples on the Site describe individual experiences and are not typical results.
The Root Map, workbook activities, and other exercises are reflection tools. They are not diagnostic or psychological assessments.
You remain responsible for your own decisions about your work, health, money, and relationships.
9. Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal purposes. You may not:
- break the law or anyone else's rights while using it;
- interfere with its security or operation, or try to access systems you are not permitted to;
- introduce malware or automated abuse;
- scrape or harvest information from it in ways the law or these Terms prohibit; or
- copy, sell, or commercially use its content without our written permission.
10. Intellectual property
The Site, its text, graphics, branding, and our materials, including the workbook, the Root Map, coaching exercises, and frameworks, belong to The Rewrite or are used with permission. "The Rewrite," "The Rewrite Method," "The 21-Day Rewrite," "Root Map," the RESET Method, and related marks may be trademarks of The Rewrite. Materials we give you in coaching are for your own personal use.
11. Other sites
The Site links to services we do not control, including Substack (Rooted and Restless), LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Stripe, and Google. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.
12. Changes and availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," AND THE REWRITE DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE REWRITE AND ITS OWNER AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE SITE, OUR PRODUCTS, OR OUR SERVICES. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
16. Severability and waiver
If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply from that date and do not affect purchases already made.
