The Rewrite Method
The Rewrite Method is a 12-week private coaching program for clients who want to understand their patterns, reconnect with themselves, and make lasting changes with personal guidance.
12 weeks of private coaching, one conversation at a time
- Each week
- One private 50-minute session each week
- Investment
$1,500 paid in full, or 3 monthly payments of $500
Change that starts at the root.
Most people arrive knowing something needs to change and not yet knowing what. Over twelve weeks, you work out what is really shaping how you feel, make room to think clearly, and make changes you have chosen on purpose instead of in a rush.
What we work toward
- A clear picture of the patterns shaping your days
- More room in your week for rest, focus, and the things you enjoy
- Boundaries you can hold, and words for the conversations that go with them
- A considered decision about what to keep, change, or leave
- A 90-day plan for life after the program ends
Changing your life starts with crossed out: blowing it up rewritten as: understanding it.
It may be for you if
- Your career, relationship, or home life looks fine from the outside but no longer fits
- You want change but can’t yet name what kind
- You’ve been running on autopilot and have drifted from what you enjoy
- You mostly know yourself through your roles: professional, partner, parent, the one who handles things
- You want personal guidance and someone in your corner each week
- You’re ready to do some work between sessions
It isn’t the right fit if
- You’re looking for therapy or treatment for a mental health condition
- You need crisis care or urgent support
- You want a diagnosis or medical advice
- You’re hoping for a quick fix or a guaranteed result
Coaching, not therapy
Coaching provides practical support, reflection, and accountability. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, or crisis care.
If you need therapy, crisis care, or a diagnosis, a licensed professional is the right place to start. Coaching can come later, or sit alongside it.
Every client’s experience is different, and results vary.

The RESET Method
Five stages, in order. Each one builds on the last, so the changes you make at the end rest on an honest understanding of where you started.
Stage 1, Weeks 1–2
Recognize
We start by naming what is actually happening. Where your energy goes, which patterns keep repeating, what you expect of yourself, and what is really standing in the way. Nothing to fix yet. Just an honest picture of where you are now.
Stage 2, Weeks 3–4
Establish Capacity
Big decisions need room to think. We find what drains you without giving much back, and set aside protected time for rest, focus, and clearer choices.
Stage 3, Weeks 5–6
Systemize Work
Work here means whatever fills your days: a job, a household, caregiving, a business, or several at once. We sort what is essential from what you took on by default, set priorities you can keep, and prepare the conversations that new boundaries need.
Stage 4, Weeks 7–10
Evaluate the Future
With more room, we look ahead. Your values, who you are beyond your roles, your relationships, your finances, and the options in front of you. The question is what you want to keep, change, or leave behind, and at what pace.
Stage 5, Weeks 11–12
Transition
You put the changes into practice and build a plan for the months after we finish, including the early signs that old patterns are creeping back and what you will do when you notice them.
What the twelve weeks look like
Weeks 1–2
Recognize
Where you are now
- Name what is happening and when it started to feel this way
- Map your commitments, your energy, and what each one asks of you
- Agree what coaching will cover, and whether other support would help alongside it
Weeks 3–4
Establish Capacity
What’s taking your energy
- Take stock of everything you’re carrying, including the work no one sees
- Separate what matters from what you inherited or do to keep the peace
- Decide what to stop, reduce, hand off, postpone, or renegotiate
Weeks 5–6
Systemize Work
Boundaries and conversations
- Notice where you say yes before you’ve thought about it
- Prepare the conversations you’ve been avoiding, at home or at work
- Practice letting someone be a little disappointed
Weeks 7–8
Evaluate the Future
Identity and patterns
- Look at perfectionism, approval-seeking, and worth tied to being useful
- Reconnect with the interests and parts of yourself you set aside
- Set a personal standard you can actually live with
Weeks 9–10
Evaluate the Future
Keep, change, or leave
- Weigh your options, from adjusting what you have to changing direction
- Think through the practical, financial, and relational side of each
- Choose a direction and a pace that suits your life
Weeks 11–12
Transition
Putting it into practice
- Build a 90-day plan for after the program
- Name your early warning signs and what you’ll do about them
- Set up the support and accountability to keep going
What it asks of you
Coaching works best when the thinking carries on after the call ends. Each week, come to your session ready to talk honestly about how things went. Between sessions, work through the workbook exercises and try the action steps we agree on, then notice what happens. When you’re stuck, reach out by email or message instead of waiting a week. And if you need to reschedule, give at least 24 hours’ notice.
You don’t need perfect weeks. You do need to keep showing up.

Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is for looking at your patterns and changing how you live day to day. It doesn’t treat mental health conditions, and it doesn’t replace therapy or medical care.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency services. In the United States, you can call or text 988 at any time.
What happens in the free conversation?
It’s a relaxed 30-minute video call. You share what feels wrong right now and what you’d like to be different, and we talk about whether The Rewrite Method is the right kind of support. If it isn’t, I’ll say so. There’s no pressure to decide on the call.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. You can pay $1,500 in full, or make three monthly payments of $500. The program is the same either way.
What if I miss a session or need to reschedule?
Life happens. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice and we’ll find another time that week. Sessions missed or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are handled case by case. If something changes for you partway through, get in touch and we’ll talk it through. The details are set out in your coaching agreement before you begin.
Is coaching in person or online?
Online. Sessions happen by video call, so you can join from wherever you are.
Is this only for people with corporate careers?
Not at all. Clients come with all kinds of lives: working full time, running a business, raising children at home, caring for family, starting over somewhere new, or somewhere in between. What they share is a sense that something no longer fits and a wish to understand why.
How is this different from The 21-Day Rewrite?
The 21-Day Rewrite is a self-guided PDF workbook you work through on your own, 15 to 20 minutes a day. It doesn’t include coaching or messaging support.
The Rewrite Method is twelve weeks of private coaching: a weekly session with me, plus workbook exercises, action steps, and support between sessions.
Start with thirty minutes, not twelve weeks.
Book the free conversation first. Bring what feels wrong right now, even if you can’t explain it yet, and we’ll work out together whether the program is the right next step.
